Abstract

Procedimiento mejorado para la recuperación y purificación de acrilonitrilo a partir de una solución acuosa de acrilonitrilo, acetonitrilo, HCN e impurezas, que comprende las operaciones de: a) destilar dicha solución acuosa en una columna de destilación extractora con agua como disolvente para producir una corriente de cabeza de acrilonitrilo, HCN y agua, y una corriente de fondo de agua e impurezas; b) destilar en una segunda columna de destilación la corriente de cabeza (a) para producir una segunda corriente de cabeza de HCN y agua; y una segunda corriente de fondo de acrilonitrilo e impurezas; c) destilar en una columna de producto la segunda corriente de fondo de (b) para recuperar acrilonatrilo de calidad de productos, comprendiendo la mejora hacer pasar dicha corriente de fondo de (a) en una relación de intercambio de calor indirecta con líquido procedente de la segunda columna de destilación de (b) seguido por el líquido dela columna de producto de © para proporcionar calor a las respectivas columnas.
