제1도는 선행기술에 따른 아크릴로니트릴 정제공정의 개략도이며,
제2도는 제1도 공정과 같이 사용한 본 발명에 따른 정제공정의 개략도이고,
제3도는 장입물과 제품 칼람상부 흐름에 경사분리기(Decantor)를 사용한 제2도의 바람직한 정제 공정의 개략도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 프로필렌의 암모니아산화에 의한 반응기 유출물의 회수 및 정제를 행하여 수득한 아크릴로니트릴, 물 및 불순물로 구성된 용액을 경사분리기를 통과시켜 수용성상과 유기상으로 분리한 후, 유기상(Organic phase)를 증류칼람(Distillation Column)에 장입시키고 또 이 칼람을 진공하에서 작동시키며 또 정제된 아크릴로니트릴을 칼람으로부터 증기성 측류로서 방출시키는 단계로 구성되는 최종단계의 아크릴로니트릴 정제방법.
  2. (a) 암모니아 산화반응기 유출물을 아크릴로니트릴, 아세토니트릴, HCN 및 수종의 불순물을 흡수시키기 위하여 물에 접촉시켜서 아크릴로니트릴을 함유하는 제1의 액체흐름을 수득하여,
    (b)아크릴로니트릴을 아세토니트릴로부터 분리시키기 위하여 이 액체흐름을 추출 증류시켜, 아크릴로니트릴, 물, HCN 및 불순물의 제2흐름으로 만들고,
    (c) 아크릴로니트릴을 HCN으로부터 분리시키기 위해 제2흐름을 증류시켜 아크릴로니트릴, 물 및 수종의 불순물로 구성되는 용액을 수득하며,
    (d) 개선점으로서 이 용액을 진공하에서 증류하며, 또 정제된 아크릴로 니트릴의 증기성 측류를 분리하는 단계로 구성되는, 프로필렌, 분자산소 및 암모니아의 암모니아 산화반응으로 제조되는 아크릴로니트릴의 회수 및 정제방법.
