Abstract

Dispositivo para la homogeneización y tratamiento térmico de líquidos, para la industria alimenticia y particularmente para mezclas para la preparación de helados, que comprende un depósito, una bomba centrifuga que posee sus aberturas de entrada y salida en el fondo de dicho depósito, para que pueda succionar el líquido de dicho depósito y bombearlo nuevamente hacia el mismo y poseyendo asimismo medios de calefacción y de refrigeración en la propia bomba con posibilidad de intercambio calorífico con el líquido que pasa por la misma.
