623,699. Heating or cooling liquids in bulk. WINSER, B. D. May 14, 1947, No. 13040. [Classes 29 and 64(iii)] A container 1 for heating and cooling liquids or semi-liquids, e.g. ice cream mixture, has a trough 3 secured to the upper part, holes 4 in the container within the trough and holes 5 near the base of the container being joined slantwise by tubes 6. Heating or cooling liquid is poured into the trough 3 and flows through the four tubes 6 or the container may be stood in attemperating liquid. A lid 8 fitted with a stirrer 12 and a thermometer holder 15 is provided.
