Abstract

1. Un procedimiento para la obtención de un preparado de globulina inmunizante con contenido de anticuerpos, administrables por vía intravenosa, para lo cual se fracciona plasma sanguíneo humano, y se libera una fracción con contenido de globulina inmunizante de impurezas proteicas indeseables, mediante precipitación una o varias veces con polistilenglicol, caracterizado porque la fracción que contiene globulina inmunizante se somete en una primera fase de purificación, con anterioridad a la precipitación con polietilenglicol, a un tratamiento con una solución acuosa de una sal de un ácido inorgánico polivalente, en especial de sulfato amónico, y porque al menos una de las fases de purificación siguientes con polietilenglicol se lleva a cabo en presencia de un hidrato de carbono soluble o de un poliol con al menos tres grupos hidróxilos, a continuación de lo cual se hace precipitar de la solución sobrante la globulina inmunizante liberada de impurezas proteicas, con ayuda de polímeros hidrosolubles, para seguidamente transformarla en un preparado farmacéutico de la manera conocida.
