Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar antibióticos macrólidos de polienos, a base de sales inorgánicas de derivados de trimetilamonio de macrólicos de polienos, en particular las sales inorgánicas de ésteres metílicos de dichos derivados, que se definen por la fórmula general I: **(Fórmula-01)** en la que R representa el residuo de macrólido de polieno que está combinado con un grupo carboxílico metilado y está unido al grupo amino, mientras que X significa un anión de la sal, del tipo metilsufato, sulfato, cloruro, fosfato, acetato, o por la fórmula general II **(Fórmula-02)** en la que R'' significa el residuo de macrólido de polieno unido al grupo amino y X- se define como anteriormente; caracterizado porque comprende tratar el macrólido de polieno, en un disolvente orgánico o en una mezcla de disolventes, con sulfato de dimetilo, en presencia de un agente neutralizante, a temperatura ambiente, con agitación continua hasta el término de la reacción; precipitar el producto obtenido tras la adición de éter etílico, disuelto en butanol; lavar el disolvente orgánico con agua; y concentrar bajo presión reducida; y el producto de fórmula general I, representado por el metilsulfato de éster metílico del macrólido de N,N,N-trimetilpolieno, o el producto de fórmula general II, representado por el metilsulfato del macrólido de N,N,N-trimetilpolieno, se convierten en otras sales inorgánicas.
