Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de derivados de l-fenil-l-propanol de la fórmula general I: **(Fórmula-01)** en la cual: a) R1 representa hidrógeno, un radical alquiltiólico lineal o ramificado (C1-C3), un radical alquilsulfinílico lineal o ramificado (C1-C3), un radical alquilsulfonílico lineal o ramificado (C1-C3) o un radical mercaptílico; b) R2 representa: B-1) un radical hidroxílico; b-a) un radical oxo-2- pirrolidinil-1 ó un radical oxo-2-pirrolidinil-1 substituido por un grupo hidroxílico; b-3) un radical NHR3 donde R3 representa: - hidrógeno; - mientras R1 no representa un radical alquiltiólico, un radical alquílico lineal (C2-C4) substituido por un grupo fenílico o fenoxílico; - un radical alquílico lineal o ramificado (C1-C7) substituido por un grupo carboxílico o carbalcoxílico inferior (C1-C3) en posición omega; así como las sales y ésteres no tóxicos y utilizables farmacéuticamente de estos últimos, aptos como principio activo para la obtención de composiciones farmacéuticasde aplicación antihipertensiva, vasodilatadora periférica, antiespasmódica protectora contra la anoxia del miocardio, hipolipidemiante, normolipoproteinemiante, antitrombótica y/o inhibidora de la acumulación plaquetaria, caracterizado porque consiste en transformar en un derivado correspondiente a la fórmula I, un compuesto de fórmula II: **(Fórmula-02)** donde Z representa uno de los sustituyentes de R1 definidos anteriormente o corresponde a un grupo YS en el que Y es un grupo protector, reemplazable por hidrógeno, y Q es uno de los grupos siguientes: **(Fórmula-03)** donde R2 y R3 tienen el mismo significado que se ha dado anteriormente y X representa un átomo de halógeno.
