Abstract
Procedimiento de preparación de derivados de la admalicina de fórmula **(Fórmula)** en la cual R representa bien hidrógeno o un radical alquilo que comprende de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono, lineales o ramificados, sustituidos o no por un grupo hidroxi, así como las sales de adición que los compuestos anteriormente citados forman con ácidos minerales y orgánicos farmacéuticamente aceptable, caracterizado porque se hace reaccionar el hidrato de hidracina o una hidracina N-alquilada sobre la ajmalicina o una de sus sales, ventajosamente poniendo los dos reactivos en solución en un alcohol tal como el etanol o el isopropanol y sometiendo a reflujo la mezcla reaccional durante 24 horas aproximadamente.
