Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un caucho pulverulente que contiene materiales de relleno, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende una primera fase en la que se prepara una suspensión de los materiales de relleno por dispersión hasta un tamaño de partícula inferior a 0,1um, preferentemente inferior a 0,06 um, de hollín o una sustancia mineral en cantidades comprendidas entre 20 partes y 500 partes en peso por cada 100 partes en peso de caucho a tratar, añadiéndose en una segunda fase una solución de silicato sódico, con una relación molar de na20:SI02 de 2:1 a 1:4 que permite liberar, en el transcurso de proceso, 0,5 a 6% en peso de ácido silícico respecto al total de caucho a tratar, ajustándose el valor de pH de la dispersión entre 3,0 y 3,7 por incorporación de un ácido mineral; en una tercera fase del proceso se trata, con esta dispersión, una solución o emulsión de caucho con un contenido en sólidos entre 3 y 35% en peso produciéndose la precipitación mientras se mantiene la masa en agitación y se controla el pH indicado por el aporte eventual de un ácido mineral, cuya precipitación se lleva a cabo a una temperatura preferentemente entre la ambiente y 60ºC cuando se parte de láctices de caucho, u opcionalmente hasta la temperatura de ebullición del disolvente, si se trata de una disolución de caucho, para provocar su destilación; y finalmente se seca el producto precipitado que contiene el material de relleno mientras se mantiene la masa en agitación.
