Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar sales de ornitina y arginina de cetoácidos de cadena ramificada, de la fórmula AK.xH2O en donde A se selecciona del grupo que consiste en arginina y ornitina, K es un análogo alfa- ceto de un aminoácido esencial de cadena ramificada tal como valina, leucina e isoleucina, y X es un número que varia de 0 a aproximadamente 1, que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto A con el compuesto K y recuperar el compuesto deseado, si se desea , después del ajuste de la cantidad de agua presente.
