Abstract

Una vitrina frigorífica vertical perfeccionada, abierta por el frente, que comprende: una caja que define un espacio de exhibición de productos con un frente abierto, un conducto en torno de dicho espacio de exhibición, con aberturas superiores e inferior en la parte alta y en la parte baja de dicho frente abierto; medios de enfriamiento y medios de propulsión de aire endicho conducto para hacer recircular una cortina de aire refrigerado a través de dicho conducto, hacia fuera desde dichas aberturas superiores, y hacia abajo a través de dicho frente abierto hasta dicha abertura inferior; caracterizada por el perfeccionamiento que comprenden que dichos medios de propulsión de aire sean operables para propulsar aire a través de dicho conducto en un sentido durante el modo de refrigeración y a través de dicho conducto en el sentido inverso de descongelación sea expulsado desde dicha abertura inferior, y medios para crear una presión negativa en dicho espacio de almacenaje durante dicho flujo inverso de tal manera que el aire de descongelación frío inicial procedente de dicha abertura inferior entre en dicho espacio de almacenaje.
