Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en un mueble abierto, refrigerado y dotado de descongelación por aire para la exhibición de artículos, cuyo mueble tiene un espacio de almacenamiento de productos con una abertura de acceso, un serpentín de refrigeración y medios de paso de aire y medios de impulsión de aire para hacer recircular aire frío a través de dicho serpentín y a través de dicha abertura de acceso; pudiendo ser hechos funcionar dichos medios de impulsión de aire para hacer así recircular aire frío en una dirección durante la refrigeración y para impulsar aire de descongelación en el sentido inverso durante la operación de descongelación, incluyendo dichos medios de paso de aire una rejilla de retorno de aire en un lado de dicha abertura de acceso y que tiene una estructura de biorientación, con primeras partes orientadas en general hacia el lado opuesto de dicha abertura de acceso y otras partes orientadas con relación a dicha abertura de acceso para descargar el aire dedescongelación en el aire ambiente.
