Abstract

Vitrine réfrigérée verticale, ouverte sur le devant et à un seul rideau d'air. L'air de dégivrage est mis en circulation en sens opposé à celui de l'écoulement de l'air de réfrigération, de manière à créer une dépression dans la zone de présentation au cours du dégivrage. Ainsi, l'air initialement froid, provenant du serpentin de réfrigération en cours de dégivrage, passe dans la zone de présentation, ce qui réduit le réchauffement des produits. Domaine d'application : magasins de produits alimentaires, etc.
