Abstract

Mejoras en un procedimiento para la producción de un producto que comprende una codificación de gen estructural para la expresión microbiana de un polipéptido , caracterizadas dichas mejoras porque el gen codifica la expresión de un polipéptido de mamífero o un intermedio del mismo, y se unen de tal forma que la mayoría de los codones dicho gen estructural son codones preferidos para la expresión de los genomas microbianos
