Abstract

Procedimiento para la recuperación de polvos volátiles residuales que contienen dióxido de silicio procedentes de la preparación de silicio metálico y de aleaciones de silicio para formar el tamiz molecular cristalino zeolítico del tipo Y, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que I. los polvos volátiles se disuelven en una solución de hidróxido de metal alcalino con formación de una solución de silicato de metal alcalino con formación de una solución de silicato de metal alcalino con formación de una solución de silicato de metal alcalino con un módulo (SiO:MeI2O) en el margen de 4,0:1 a 5,0:1 a temperaturas en el intervalo de 60 a 110ºC; II. la solución de silicato de metal alcalino obtenida de una manera se purifica respecto de componentes orgánicos mediante tratamiento con carbón activo y/o agentes oxidantes y separación del residuo no disgregable de la solución; y III.
