Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un polvo virador cargable positivamente, en el que una resina termoplástico se mezcla homogéneamente en estado fundido con un agente de control de la polaridad e ingredientes de coloración, y la masa después de enfriar se muele hasta el grado deseado de finura, caracterizado porque la resina termoplástico consiste en un 50% en peso por lo menos, en una resina epoxídica que tiene una masa equivalente de epóxido de por lo menos 10.000, conseguido por modificación de sus grupos epoxi en un 5% por lo menos, con un ácido carboxílico monofuncional y/o fenol monofuncional, que no llevan ningún substituyente, a excepción del grupo carboxilo o hidroxilo, que sea reactivo en las condiciones de preparación del polvo virador, frente a los grupos epoxi de la resina, y como máximo en un 95% por reacción, intermolecular o por reticulación con la ayuda de un endurecedor epoxídico polifuncional.
