Abstract

Procedimiento para eliminar sales excesivas, especialmente tártaro y sales de calcio de bebidas, en las que estas sales están contenidas en solución, caracterizado porque la bebida se pone en contacto con cristales adicionales en forma finamente distribuida y con gran superficie especialmente aptos para la sedimentación de las sales a eliminar, con lo que se produce una cristalización rápida de sales sueltas a eliminar que luego se separan de la bebida en su forma cristalina.
