Abstract
1. Dispositivo para el ajuste e inmovilización de dos componentes entre sí, provistos con, por lo menos, una superficie plana, especialmente de partes para bombas para líquidos, con dos espigas de ajuste que atraviesan, por lo menos parcialmente, los dos componentes, fijándose las espigas de ajuste, por una parte en las perforaciones de ajuste y, por otra parte, estando dispuestos dos orificios en el o en los componentes para acoger las espigas de ajuste, de los cuales uno está formado como orificio alargado, caracterizado porque se han fundido los dos orificios (7 y 8) para la acogida de las espinas de ajuste (4 y 5) en el o en los componentes (6 y 1, respectivamente), por el procedimiento de fundición a presión, porque los dos orificios (7 y 8) se estrechan cónicamente hacia el interior del componente ( 6 y 1, respectivamente) y porque el otro orificio (7) está provisto de superficies laterales planas (9). 2. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el otroorificio (7) presenta una sección cuadrada. 3. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2 caracterizado porque los dos orificios (7 y 8) forman, en su entrada, conjuntamente con las espigas de ajuste (4 y 5) un ajuste prensado. 4. Dispositivo, según la s reivindicaciones 1 hasta 3, caracterizado porque los dos orificios (7 y 8) presentan en su entrada una cavidad redonda corta (11 y 12) respectivamente. 5. Dispositivo para juste é inmovilización de dos componentes entre sí.
