Abstract
Procedimiento para la concentración y la separación de cloruros de metal en/de una solución de ácido clorhídrico que contiene cloruro de hierro(III), en el que se hace precipitar hierro como hematita por medio de hidrólisis a temperaturas de 150 ºC a 300 ºC y con una presión de -80 kPa a 2.000 kPa a partir de la solución y se separa por filtración en un dispositivo de filtración, en donde de al menos una parte del filtrado obtenido a este respecto se separan los cloruros de metal que no pueden hidrolizarse mediante precipitación y filtración, este filtrado de ácido clorhídrico se conduce a un evaporador previo, donde una gran parte del cloruro de hidrógeno contenido en la solución se expulsa con alimentación de energía y se recupera como material regenerado, tras lo cual se bombea la solución concentrada desde el evaporador previo hacia el reactor de hidrólisis, caracterizado porque se extrae una parte del material regenerado obtenido a partir de la hidrólisis y en una etapa de concentración a partir del material regenerado se obtiene cloruro de hidrógeno puro con una concentración de al menos el 70 % en peso, que se usa para la precipitación de los cloruros de metal concentrados que no pueden hidrolizarse a partir del filtrado de ácido clorhídrico mediante aumento de la concentración de cloruro de hidrógeno libre en la solución.
