Abstract
Un método para la aplicación de al menos dos capas de revestimiento en polvo diferentes a un sustrato que comprende las etapas de aplicación de una primera capa de revestimiento en polvo seguida de la aplicación de una segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo, sin ningún curado sustancial de la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo antes de la aplicación de la segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo, seguida del curado simultáneo de la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo y la segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo, en donde - la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo se aplica al sustrato utilizando un sistema de carga de corona y la segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo se aplica al sustrato utilizando un sistema de carga tribo, o - la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo se aplica al sustrato utilizando un sistema de carga tribo y la segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo se aplica al sustrato utilizando un sistema de carga corona, y la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo y la segunda capa de revestimiento en polvo tienen una polaridad electrostática opuesta, y en donde la primera capa de revestimiento en polvo comprende una resina formadora de película de poliéster con función carboxi.

Los resultados anteriores muestran que el procedimiento de acuerdo con la presente invención se puede usar de manera fiable para producir sistemas de revestimiento en polvo de múltiples capas, sin la necesidad de calentamiento o curado entre la aplicación de las capas individuales. El procedimiento se puede usar para producir
