Abstract
Se forman revestimientos resistentes al desconchamiento para componentes de acero de alta ductilidad, tales como muelles de espiral de automoción, de una composición en polvo de revestimiento de resina epoxi "endurecida". En una realización de un solo recubrimiento, el revestimiento completo se carga con al menos 75 phr de cinc en polvo. En una realización de revestimiento doble, se carga un revestimiento interior con al menos 75 phr de cinc y un revestimiento exterior, exento de cinc se refuerza por la adición de fibras y/o agente espumante que lo hace poroso.
