Abstract
Se describe un método para la aplicación de por lo menos dos diferentes capas de recubrimiento de polvo a un sustrato que comprende las etapas de la aplicación de una primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo seguida por la aplicación de una segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo, sin el endurecimiento sustancial de la primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo antes de la aplicación de la segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo, seguida por el endurecimiento simultáneo de la primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo y de la segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo, donde la primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo se aplica al sustrato al usar un sistema de carga por corona y la segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo se aplica al sustrato al usar un sistema triboeléctrico de carga, o la primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo se aplica al sustrato al usar un sistema triboeléctrico de carga y la segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo se aplica al sustrato al usar un sistema de carga por corona y la primera capa de recubrimiento de polvo y la segunda capa de recubrimiento de polvo tienen una polaridad electrostática opuesta.
