Abstract

El método y sistema (1) para el recubrimiento con polvo de elementos eléctricamente no conductores (2), preferentemente pastillas de freno, en donde aguas arriba de una estación de deposición (4) de recubrimiento con polvo electrostático (5) y una estación de horneado (6) para la fundición y polimerización del recubrimiento con polvo con el fin de formar una capa de recubrimiento (9) en una superficie a recubrir, hay una estación de tratamiento previo (3) que provoca que los elementos a recubrir conduzcan eléctricamente por el mojado de manera uniforme de dichos elementos por medio de la creación de enlaces covalentes de agua poco mineralizada en al menos una superficie (8) a recubrir, en una cantidad destinada a producir un aumento medible de peso en los elementos eléctricamente no conductores (2), que luego provoca que conduzcan eléctricamente; el agua adsorbida y/o depositada se elimina posteriormente dentro de estación de horneado (6).
