一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备
技术领域
本发明涉及电脑外壳加工技术领域,具体是指一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备。
背景技术
笔记本电脑,亦称笔记型、手提或膝上电脑,是一种小型、可方便携带的个人电脑。笔记本电脑的重量通常重1-3千克。其发展趋势是体积越来越小,重量越来越轻,而功能却越来越强大。像Netbook,也就是俗称的上网本。笔记本电脑跟PC的主要区别在于其便携带性。笔记本电脑的外壳在生产过程中,需要对其进行上色处理,以使其出现不同颜色,满足人们对不同颜色的选购需求。
现有的电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,基本都是雾化喷头暴露式直接喷涂,由于其涂料雾化颗粒度较小,很容易被工人吸入体内,对工人身体造成伤害;且现有的外壳被喷涂后,基本都是需要送至下一套设备中进行烤漆处理,整体工作效率较差且厂内转运途中,很可能会有杂质落在喷涂后的外壳上,还要返工,再次喷涂。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的各种问题,提供了一种具有防护功能、集喷涂和烤漆于一体的电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,包括工作台,所述工作台下面四角处通过螺栓固定有支撑腿,所述工作台上面两侧边处通过螺栓固定有立柱,两个所述立柱上面一体成型有横梁,所述横梁上面并连通至所述横梁下面安装有若干个伸缩喷涂结构,所述工作台上面且延伸至下面安装有电脑外壳放置结构,所述伸缩喷涂结构下端处安装有烤漆结构;
所述伸缩喷涂结构包括通过螺栓固定于所述横梁上面的涂料箱,所述横梁内安装有管路,所述横梁下面且与所述管路相连通均匀安装有若干个增压泵,所述增压泵另一端上通过螺钉固定有伸缩软管,所述伸缩软管的另一端通过螺钉固定有安装板,所述安装板下面通过螺钉固定有与所述伸缩软管另一端相连通的雾化喷头,所述安装板两侧面上安装有固定板,所述横梁下面且位于所述增压泵两侧边处通过螺栓安装有电推杆,所述电推杆伸出端与所述固定板通过螺栓固定连接。
作为改进,所述烤漆结构包括一体成型于所述安装板下侧边缘处的防护罩,所述雾化喷头置于所述防护罩内,所述防护罩内侧面上安装有烤灯,所述防护罩上还连通有软管,所述软管另一端与外部热风机相连通,所述防护罩其中一侧面上开有若干个通风孔。
作为改进,所述通风孔内均安装有防尘滤网。
作为改进,所述电脑外壳放置结构包括所述工作台上开有的方形凹槽,所述工作台下面且与所述方形凹槽相对应通过螺栓固定有电推杆二,所述电推杆二伸出端伸入所述方形凹槽内的一端上通过螺栓固定有推板。
作为改进,所述方形凹槽底面上铺有海绵层,所述方形凹槽侧面上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内填有海绵条。
作为改进,所述防护罩其中一侧面内开有Z型通风路,所述通风孔设于所述Z型通风路的末端。
作为改进,所述工作台上面且位于所述方形凹槽外侧开有方框状凹槽,所述防护罩下面边缘处一体成型有插入所述方框状凹槽内的插条。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明在使用时,伸缩喷涂结构的设置,可根据电脑外壳的尺寸,来调整雾化喷头距离电脑外壳的距离,以适用于不同尺寸电脑外壳的喷涂上色;烤漆结构的设置,一方面可防止涂料雾化颗粒的四散,避免工人的身体健康受到影响,另一方面则可在喷涂后,便在无尘环境下,对外壳进行烤漆处理,不会造成转运途中杂质落在电脑外壳上的现象的发生;电脑外壳放置结构的设置,一方面可便于外壳的取放,另一方面则可通过海绵层和海绵条的设置,对多余的涂料进行吸食,从而不会对外壳造成因涂料过量而导致的污染;方框状凹槽和插条的设置,可增强防护罩边缘的密封性,不会使其涂料从边缘流出。

结合附图1至附图3,一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,包括工作台1,所述工作台1下面四角处通过螺栓固定有支撑腿2,所述工作台1上面两侧边处通过螺栓固定有立柱3,两个所述立柱3上面一体成型有横梁4,所述横梁4上面并连通至所述横梁4下面安装有若干个伸缩喷涂结构,所述工作台1上面且延伸至下面安装有电脑外壳放置结构,所述伸缩喷涂结构下端处安装有烤漆结构;
所述伸缩喷涂结构包括通过螺栓固定于所述横梁4上面的涂料箱5,所述横梁4内安装有管路6,所述横梁4下面且与所述管路6相连通均匀安装有若干个增压泵7,所述增压泵7另一端上通过螺钉固定有伸缩软管8,所述伸缩软管8的另一端通过螺钉固定有安装板9,所述安装板9下面通过螺钉固定有与所述伸缩软管8另一端相连通的雾化喷头10,所述安装板9两侧面上安装有固定板11,所述横梁4下面且位于所述增压泵7两侧边处通过螺栓安装有电推杆22,所述电推杆22伸出端与所述固定板11通过螺栓固定连接。
所述烤漆结构包括一体成型于所述安装板9下侧边缘处的防护罩12,所述雾化喷头10置于所述防护罩12内,所述防护罩12内侧面上安装有烤灯13,所述防护罩12上还连通有软管14,所述软管14另一端与外部热风机相连通,所述防护罩12其中一侧面上开有若干个通风孔15。
所述通风孔15内均安装有防尘滤网。
所述电脑外壳放置结构包括所述工作台1上开有的方形凹槽16,所述工作台1下面且与所述方形凹槽16相对应通过螺栓固定有电推杆二17,所述电推杆二17伸出端伸入所述方形凹槽16内的一端上通过螺栓固定有推板18。
所述方形凹槽16底面上铺有海绵层19,所述方形凹槽16侧面上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内填有海绵条20。
所述防护罩12其中一侧面内开有Z型通风路,所述通风孔15设于所述Z型通风路的末端。
所述工作台1上面且位于所述方形凹槽16外侧开有方框状凹槽21,所述防护罩12下面边缘处一体成型有插入所述方框状凹槽21内的插条。
本发明的具体实施方式:本发明在使用时,可首先将电脑外壳一一置于推板18上,然后控制电推杆二17缩短,从而将外壳置于方形凹槽16内,然后可启动电推杆22伸长,从而带动雾化喷头10和防护罩12整体下移,直至插条插入至方框状凹槽21内后停止,随后可启动增压泵7运动,将涂料箱5(涂料箱内置有搅拌结构,图上未画出)内的涂料抽出并由雾化喷头10雾化喷出,对电脑外壳进行喷涂操作,多余的涂料将被海绵层19和海绵条20吸收掉,完成喷涂后,可启动烤灯13(烤灯13外盖有灯罩)和外接热风机,对外壳进行烤漆操作,完成后,将外壳取出即可。

1.一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,包括工作台(1),所述工作台(1)下面四角处通过螺栓固定有支撑腿(2),其特征在于:所述工作台(1)上面两侧边处通过螺栓固定有立柱(3),两个所述立柱(3)上面一体成型有横梁(4),所述横梁(4)上面并连通至所述横梁(4)下面安装有若干个伸缩喷涂结构,所述工作台(1)上面且延伸至下面安装有电脑外壳放置结构,所述伸缩喷涂结构下端处安装有烤漆结构;
所述伸缩喷涂结构包括通过螺栓固定于所述横梁(4)上面的涂料箱(5),所述横梁(4)内安装有管路(6),所述横梁(4)下面且与所述管路(6)相连通均匀安装有若干个增压泵(7),所述增压泵(7)另一端上通过螺钉固定有伸缩软管(8),所述伸缩软管(8)的另一端通过螺钉固定有安装板(9),所述安装板(9)下面通过螺钉固定有与所述伸缩软管(8)另一端相连通的雾化喷头(10),所述安装板(9)两侧面上安装有固定板(11),所述横梁(4)下面且位于所述增压泵(7)两侧边处通过螺栓安装有电推杆(22),所述电推杆(22)伸出端与所述固定板(11)通过螺栓固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述烤漆结构包括一体成型于所述安装板(9)下侧边缘处的防护罩(12),所述雾化喷头(10)置于所述防护罩(12)内,所述防护罩(12)内侧面上安装有烤灯(13),所述防护罩(12)上还连通有软管(14),所述软管(14)另一端与外部热风机相连通,所述防护罩(12)其中一侧面上开有若干个通风孔(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述通风孔(15)内均安装有防尘滤网。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述电脑外壳放置结构包括所述工作台(1)上开有的方形凹槽(16),所述工作台(1)下面且与所述方形凹槽(16)相对应通过螺栓固定有电推杆二(17),所述电推杆二(17)伸出端伸入所述方形凹槽(16)内的一端上通过螺栓固定有推板(18)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述方形凹槽(16)底面上铺有海绵层(19),所述方形凹槽(16)侧面上设有凹槽,所述凹槽内填有海绵条(20)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述防护罩(12)其中一侧面内开有Z型通风路,所述通风孔(15)设于所述Z型通风路的末端。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种电脑外壳加工用上色喷涂设备,其特征在于:所述工作台(1)上面且位于所述方形凹槽(16)外侧开有方框状凹槽(21),所述防护罩(12)下面边缘处一体成型有插入所述方框状凹槽(21)内的插条。
