Abstract

Un método para preparar una película pre estirada incluye una película multi capa que es extruida que tiene un grosor de película social total de 24 mm hasta 35 mm y estirar la película multi capa desde el grosor inicial de la película hasta el grosor final de la película de menos de 12 mm para obtener una película pre estirada. La película multi capa tiene una primera capa que contiene un polietileno de ultra baja densidad que tienen una densidad menor a 0,910 g/cm³ y tiene una segunda y una tercer capa que cada una independientemente contiene un polietileno lineal de baja densidad que tiene una densidad de 0,910 g/cm³ hasta 0,94 g/cm³. La película pre estirada es capaz de mostrar un estiramiento ultimo de menos del 28% cuando se le aplica un peso de 45 kg y menor basado en una modificación del porcentaje en el grosor de la película pre estirada antes de la aplicación del peso aplicado comparada con el grosor después de aplicársele el peso.
