Abstract

1.Colector de gases para un motor en línea de seis cilindros para la conducción de los gases de escape entre el bloque del motor y el tubo de escape con tuberías formadas por semivainas de chapa, que se sueldan entre sí en su plano de separación común, caracterizado por el hecho: - De que se compone de dos colectores parciales (1, 2), uno de los cuales (1) comunica entre sí los tres primeros cilindros, mientras que el otro (2) comunica entre sí los otros tres cilindros. - De que cada colector parcial (1, 2) se compone de dos semivainas (11, 12, 21, 22), que forman los racores de unión embriados (5, 6, 7) para cada uno de los tres cilindros, así como un tubo colector común a todos los racores de unión. - De que las semivainas poseen en las zonas limitadas por los racores de unión (5, 6, 7) y el tubo colector tabiques de chapa (8, 9) soldados entre sí, adyacentes al plano de separación, que se apoyan mutuamente en el plano de separación; y - De que en cada tubo colector desemboca en la proximidad de una semivaina un racor tubular (16, 17) con un elemento de brida para la conexión del tubo de escape. 2.Colector de gases, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que las bocas de los racores de unión (5, 6, 7) y de los racores tubulares (16, 17) se alojan en taladros correspondientes de bridas de unión a las que están soldadas.
