Abstract
Un aparato de calentamiento y producción de aceite para calentar una materia prima vertida en un contenedor (2) que contiene un medio de calentamiento a través de una porción (3) de vertido de materia prima mediante flujos de gas en un paso (5) de gas calentado para vaporizar al menos parte de la materia prima, caracterizado porque: el interior del contenedor (2) está construido para tener una forma en bucle cerrado, con una parte inferior (11) en bucle cerrado, una parte lateral (12) en bucle cerrado y una parte (13, 17) de circulación que comunica la parte lateral (12) en bucle cerrado y la parte inferior (11) en bucle cerrado entre sí, sin tocar el paso (5) de gas, para poder hacer circular verticalmente el medio de calentamiento; incluyendo el paso (5) de gas calentado una sección inferior (21) de calentamiento para calentar el medio de calentamiento en la parte inferior (11) en bucle cerrado y una sección lateral (22) de calentamiento para calentar el medio de calentamiento en la parte lateral (12) en bucle cerrado que ha ascendido al ser calentado en la parte inferior (11) en bucle cerrado; y la porción (3) de vertido de materia prima está dispuesta por encima de la parte (13, 17) de circulación, de modo que la materia prima se introduce en el medio de calentamiento que fluye hacia la parte inferior (11) en bucle cerrado al ser calentado en la parte lateral (12) en bucle cerrado.
