Abstract
Sistema de suministro de gas combustible de un barco, excepto un buque de transporte de GNL, que comprende: un tanque de GNL (1); un motor de inyección de gas a alta presión; una primera bomba (2) configurada para comprimir GNL del tanque de GNL (1) y para suministrar el GNL a una segunda bomba (4); estando configurada la segunda bomba (4) para comprimir adicionalmente el GNL a una alta presión y para suministrar el GNL adicionalmente comprimido a un motor de inyección de gas a alta presión; un dispositivo configurado para gasificar el GNL instalado aguas abajo de la segunda bomba, para gasificar el GNL adicionalmente comprimido; y una línea de suministro de gas combustible (L1) conectada desde el tanque de GNL hasta el motor de inyección de gas a alta presión del barco; un aparato de relicuefacción de gas de evaporación que opera para relicuar gas de evaporación generado en el tanque de GNL, que incluye un intercambiador de calor (3) instalado a lo largo de la una línea de suministro de gas combustible entre el tanque de GNL y el motor de inyección de gas a alta presión, y donde el gas de evaporación de una parte superior del tanque de GNL (1) está en comunicación térmica con el GNL comprimido mientras pasa a través del intercambiador de calor, y después es suministrado a la una línea de suministro de gas combustible.

DESCRIPCIÓN DETALLADA
Más abajo se describen detalladamente algunas realizaciones preferentes de la presente invención con referencia a las figuras adjuntas.
La Figura 1 es una vista esquemática de un sistema de suministro de gas
5 combustible de un barco de acuerdo con una realización de la presente invención. Como muestra la Figura 1, el sistema de suministro de gas combustible de un barco está previsto para suministrar gas combustible a un motor de inyección de gas a alta presión de un barco que no es un buque de transporte de GNL.
El sistema de suministro de gas combustible de la Figura 1 incluye una línea de
10 suministro de gas combustible L1 para suministrar GNL extraído de un tanque de GNL 1 de un barco a un motor de inyección de gas a alta presión del barco y un intercambiador de calor 3 instalado en medio de la línea de suministro de gas combustible L1 para intercambiar calor entre el GNL y el gas de evaporación extraído del tanque de GNL 1.

La línea de suministro de gas combustible L1 aguas arriba del intercambiador de
25 calor 3 tiene una primera bomba 2 para comprimir el GNL con el fin de satisfacer los requisitos de presión para el motor de inyección de gas a alta presión y suministrar el GNL al motor de inyección de gas a alta presión. Una línea de licuefacción de gas de evaporación L2 está conectada desde una parte superior del tanque de GNL 1 hasta un lado del tanque de GNL 1 pasando a

evaporación. De acuerdo con la realización mostrada en la Figura 3, en la línea de suministro de gas combustible L1 está instalado un recondensador 103 en lugar de un intercambiador de calor. La línea de licuefacción de gas de evaporación L2 para extraer gas de evaporación de una parte superior del tanque de GNL 1 y 5 llevar de vuelta el gas de evaporación extraído a un lado del tanque de GNL 1 pasa a través del recondensador 103 instalado en medio de la línea de suministro de gas combustible L1. El recondensador 103 genera GNL condensado mediante la mezcla/licuefacción del GNL extraído de una parte inferior del tanque de GNL 1 y el gas de evaporación extraído de la parte superior del tanque de GNL 1. Además, de acuerdo con el sistema de suministro de gas combustible de un barco
15 de la presente invención, el gas de evaporación generado en el tanque de GNL no se comprime en estado gaseoso a alta presión y, por tanto, no se utiliza como gas combustible para el motor de inyección de gas a alta presión.
Adicionalmente, el tanque de GNL utilizado en el sistema de suministro de gas combustible de un barco de acuerdo con realizaciones de la presente invención
20 puede estar diseñado de modo que tenga suficiente resistencia para soportar un aumento de presión debido al gas de evaporación con el fin de permitir un aumento de presión debido al gas de evaporación generado en el tanque de GNL durante el viaje del barco.
Además, el sistema de suministro de gas combustible de un barco de acuerdo con
25 realizaciones de la presente invención puede incluir un aparato de relicuefacción que comprende una caja fría y un sistema de refrigeración. En medio de la línea de suministro de gas combustible está instalado un intercambiador de calor para comprimir el GNL en el tanque de GNL y suministrar el GNL comprimido como gas combustible al motor de inyección de gas a alta presión, siendo sometido el
30 gas combustible generado en el tanque de GNL a un intercambio de calor con el GNL en medio de la línea de suministro de gas de evaporación, licuándose. En consecuencia, el aparato de relicuefacción de gas de evaporación adicionalmente instalado puede estar configurado de modo que tenga poca capacidad.
