Abstract
Generador termoeléctrico con: - al menos un elemento termoeléctrico, con al menos un par termoeléctrico y una zona pn (3), presentando el par termoeléctrico un primer material (1) con un coeficiente Seebeck positivo y un segundo material (2) con un coeficiente Seebeck negativo, y estando el primer material (1) conectado selectivamente mediante un conductor (6) con el lado p (4) de la zona pn (3) y el segundo material (2) conectado selectivamente mediante un conductor (7) con el lado n (5) de la zona pn (3), - al menos una fuente de calor (9) y - al menos un disipador térmico (10), estando el par termoeléctrico del elemento termoeléctrico para la generación de una tensión termoeléctrica acoplado con la al menos una fuente de calor (9) y el al menos un disipador de calor (10) y en la cual la tensión termoeléctrica polariza la zona pn (3) eléctricamente por medio de los conductores (6, 7) en el sentido de bloqueo.
