Abstract

Un método para aislar proteínas de una disolución que contiene las proteínas, método que incluye: a. poner en contacto la disolución que contiene las proteínas con partículas poliméricas reticuladas funcionalizadas con un copolímero sensible a la temperatura, en donde el copolímero sensible a la temperatura incluye una proporción de grupos químicos ionizables y dicho contacto ocurre a una temperatura entre 30ºC y 80ºC para facilitar la retención de las proteínas por las partículas poliméricas reticuladas; b. reemplazar la disolución que contiene la proteína por una disolución de aclarado; c. reemplazar la disolución de aclarado por una disolución de liberación eficaz para liberar las proteínas de las partículas poliméricas reticuladas en la disolución; d. aislar la disolución de liberación que contiene la proteína.
