Abstract
Una composición de chicle quitamanchas que comprende un núcleo y un revestimiento opcional que tiene al menos una capa, al menos uno de estos comprende una cantidad eficaz de al menos un agente quitamanchas seleccionado del grupo compuesto por agentes tensioactivos aniónicos y no fónicos, dicho agente quitamanchas estando presente de tal manera que permita la liberación de la composición de una cantidad eficaz del agente quitamanchas.
Claims (15)
1. Una composición de chicle quitamanchas que
comprende un núcleo y un revestimiento opcional que tiene al menos
una capa, al menos uno de estos comprende una cantidad eficaz de al
menos un agente quitamanchas seleccionado del grupo compuesto por
agentes tensioactivos aniónicos y no fónicos, dicho agente
quitamanchas estando presente de tal manera que permita la
liberación de la composición de una cantidad eficaz del agente
quitamanchas.
2. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 1 en la que se selecciona un agente quitamanchas
del grupo compuesto por oleato de butilo sulfatado, ésteres de
ácidos grasos de cadena media y larga y sus sales derivadas, oleato
sódico, sales de ácido fumárico, glomato de potasio, ésteres de
ácido orgánico de mono y diglicéridos; succiestearina,
dioctilsulfosuccinato sódico, triestearato de glicerol, lecitina,
lecitina hidroxilada, laurilsulfato de sodio, monoglicéridos
acetilados, monoglicéridos succinilados, citrato monoglicérido,
mono- y diglicéridos etoxilados, monoestearato de sorbitan,
estearoil-2-Iactitato de calcio,
estearoil-lactitato de sodio, ésteres de ácidos
grasos lactilados de glicerol y propilenoglicerol, lactoésteres de
glicerol de ácidos grasos C8-C24, ésteres de
poliglicerol de ácidos grasos C8-C24, alginato de
propilenoglicol, ésteres de ácidos grasos de sacarosa
C8-C24, ésteres de ácido diacetil tartárico o
cítrico o láctico de mono y diglicéridos, y triacetina y sus
mezclas derivadas.
3. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 2 en la que se selecciona el agente quitamanchas
del estearato sódico, palmitato sódico y sus mezclas derivadas.
4. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 1 en la que la composición del chicle es una
composición con relleno que tiene una parte de relleno y una de
goma, dicho agente quitamanchas estando presente en la parte de
relleno, en la de goma o en ambas.
5. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 1 en la que la cantidad de agente quitamanchas
representa aproximadamente del 0.2 al 2.0% en peso del peso total
de la composición del chicle.
6. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 5 en la que el agente quitamanchas es una mezcla
50/50 de estearato sódico y palmitato sódico y la cantidad de
agente quitamanchas representa aproximadamente el 0.5% en peso del
peso total de la composición del chicle.
7. La composición de chicle quitamanchas según
la reivindicación 5 en la que el agente quitamanchas es una mezcla
de ésteres de ácido orgánico de mono y diglicéridos y la cantidad
de agente quitamanchas representa aproximadamente del 0.6 al 1.0%
en peso del peso total de la composición del chicle.
8. Un método para eliminar manchas de los
dientes que consiste en masticar una cantidad eficaz del chicle
quitamanchas según la reivindicación 1.
9. Un método para producir la composición de un
chicle quitamanchas según la reivindicación 1 que consiste en
añadir el agente quitamanchas en una de las últimas fases de la
producción de la goma para permitir que el agente quitamanchas esté
ligeramente contenido en la composición de chicle de modo que el
agente quitamanchas pueda ser liberado de manera eficaz al ser
masticado.
10. Una composición de confitería quitamanchas
que comprende una cantidad eficaz de agente quitamanchas de al
menos un agente quitamanchas seleccionado del grupo compuesto por
agentes tensioactivos aniónicos y no-iónicos, dicho
agente quitamanchas estando presente de modo que permita liberar una
cantidad eficaz del agente quitamanchas de la composición.
11. La composición de confitería quitamanchas
según la reivindicación 10 en la que se selecciona un agente
quitamanchas del grupo compuesto por oleato de butilo sulfatado,
ésteres de ácidos grasos en cadena media y larga y sales derivadas,
oleato sódico, sales de ácido fumárico, glomato de potasio, ésteres
de ácido orgánico de mono y diglicéridos; succiestearina,
dioctilsulfosuccinato sódico, triestearato de glicerol, lecitina,
lecitina hidroxilada, laurilsulfato de sodio, monoglicéridos
acetilados, monoglicéridos succinilados, citrato monoglicérido,
mono- y digliceridos etoxilados, monoestearato de sorbitan,
estearoil-2-lactitato de calcio,
estearoil-lactitato sódico, ésteres de ácidos
grasos lactilados de glicerol y propilenoglicerol, lactoésteres de
glicerol de ácidos grasos C8-C24, ésteres de
poliglicerol de ácidos grasos C8-C24, alginato de
propilenoglicol, ésteres de ácidos grasos de sacarosa
C8-C24, ésteres de ácido diacetil tartárico o
cítrico o láctico de mono y diglicéridos, y triacetina y sus
mezclas derivadas.
12. La composición de confitería quitamanchas
según la reivindicación 11 en la que se selecciona el agente
quitamanchas de estearato sódico, palmitato sódico y sus mezclas
derivadas.
13. La composición de confitería quitamanchas
según la reivindicación 10 en la que la cantidad de agente
quitamanchas representa aproximadamente del 0.2 al 20% en peso del
peso total de la composición de confitería.
14. La composición quitamanchas según la
reivindicación 10 en la que se selecciona la composición de
confitería del grupo compuesto por caramelos con sabor a frutas,
turrones, dulces en gel, dulces con relleno, productos de
recubrimiento y dulces fundentes.
15. Un método para quitar manchas de los dientes
que comprende la colocación de una cantidad eficaz de la
composición quitamanchas según la reivindicación 10 en la cavidad
bucal hasta que se disuelve la composición.
