Abstract
Proceso para la separación proceso para la separación y purificación de una mezcla acuosa constituida por los componentes principales ácido acético, ácido fórmico y componentes de punto de ebullición elevado por extracción, mediante un disolvente en un proceso cíclico, caracterizado porque la corriente de refinado se conduce con una gran parte del agua a una columna de desprendimiento del disolvente (11) para la eliminación del agua del circuito y la corriente de extracto se hace pasar a una columna de destilación de disolvente (8), de la cual en un primer paso se separa por cabeza una mezcla (A) que contiene una mayor parte del disolvente, por una extracción lateral se separa una mezcla (B) constituida por ácido fórmico, agua y disolvente y por el fondo una mezcla (C) constituida por ácido acético y componentes de punto de ebullición elevado, y para el procesamiento ulterior la mezcla (B) se envía a una columna de destilación de ácido fórmico (4), y la mezcla (C) se envía a una columna dedestilación de ácido acético (5), y a continuación, en la columna de destilación de ácido acético (5) se aísla por cabeza el ácido acético puro, en la columna de destilación de ácido fórmico (4) se aísla en el fondo el ácido fórmico puro y por cabeza se retira una mezcla de disolvente y agua, que se recicla al extractor (7) junto con la mezcla (A) después de la separación del contenido de agua.
