Abstract

Un método no invasor para determinar la concentración de un analito en sangre de un sujeto, que comprende: a) irradiar una región de tejido del sujeto con un manantial de luz; b) recoger los espectros de fluorescencia emitidos por la región de tejido, siendo la cantidad de espectros de fluorescencia indicadora del volumen de sangre; c) recoger los espectros de Raman emitidos por la región de tejido para un margen de longitudes de onda que corresponda al analito, siendo la cantidad de espectros de Raman indicadora de la cantidad de analito; y d) dividir los espectros de Raman recogidos por los espectros de fluorescencia recogidos, para obtener un número proporcional a la concentración de analito por unidad de volumen de sangre.
