Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de piezas de trabajo metálicas, según el cual se genera mediante un ventilador una corriente de gas de refrigeración en una cámara en la que se puede practicar el vacío de enfriamiento rápido de un horno de una o de múltiples cámaras, para el enfriamiento brusco de las piezas de trabajo, según el cual el ventilador es accionado mediante un motor trifásico que se utiliza por encima de una presión mínima, determinada en función de su potencia motriz, en la cámara de enfriamiento brusco con una tensión de alimentación predeterminada, caracterizado porque el ventilador arranca a una presión en la cámara de enfriamiento brusco inferior a la presión mínima, y el motor trifásico se utiliza con una segunda tensión de alimentación inferior hasta alcanzar la presión mínima en la cámara de enfriamiento brusco.
