Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para aumentar la capacidad de una caldera de recuperación (1) procesando los gases obtenidos de un horno de fusión metalúrgico, como por ejemplo un horno de fusión rápida, y para reducir las acrecencias de polvo, donde se agrega líquido en la caldera de recuperación (1) del horno de fusión. La presente también se refiere a un aparato para aumentar la capacidad de una caldera de recuperación (1) procesando los gases obtenidos de un horno de fusión metalúrgico, como un horno de fusión rápida, y para reducir las acrecencias de polvo, en cuyo caso la caldera de recuperación posee al menos una boquilla (2) para el agregado del líquido.
