Abstract
Composición alimenticia a base de queso fresco, untuosa y de textura lisa, caracterizada por el hecho de que, ésta, contiene: una mezcla reactiva y homogeneizada de un 5-15% de leche o de derivado de la leche, un 0,2 1,5 % de emulsionante, un 20-40 % de crema láctica, que contiene un 25-45 % de materia grasa, y un 0,2-1,5 % de espesante, de un 10 a un 50% de queso fresco, añadido a la mezcla precedente a una temperatura superior a 60º C, y que esta se hace crecer, esponjándola, a un porcentaje del 150 al 300 %
