Abstract

Cinta adhesiva, formada de un soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta y de un recubrimiento adhesivo (2) aplicado sobre el soporte textil (1) , caracterizado por el hecho de que el soporte textil en forma de cinta (1) está constituido, por lo menos parcialmente, de un tejido sin tejer de, por lo menos parcialmente, fibras de plástico termoplástico, estando por lo menos parcialmente unidas entre sí por fusión las fibras de termoplástico en la cara opuesta del recubrimiento adhesivo (2) .

Description

Cinta adhesiva textil.
La presente invención se refiere a una cinta adhesiva, formada por un soporte textil en forma de cinta y un recubrimiento adhesivo aplicado sobre el soporte, según el preámbulo de la reivindicación 1.
Las cintas textiles adhesivas se conocen en diferentes formas de realización y son de uso frecuente. Las cintas textiles adhesivas, en las cuales el soporte textil es de tejido de fibra de celulosa, tienen la desventaja de que éste debido al tejido de fibra de celulosa es caro y putrescible. Las cintas adhesivas de tejido de fibra de celulosa son también conocidas con un recubrimiento adicional de acrilato. La fabricación de este soporte recubierto de acrilato es muy costoso y con ello muy caro. Asimismo, las cintas adhesivas textiles de tejido de polietilenterftaleo (PET) llevan consigo elevados costes de fabricación. Las cintas adhesivas, que emplean soportes de material no tejido, se pueden producir como cintas adhesivas enrolladas en sí mismas, sólo con una capa intermedia adicional, ya que el material no tejido, debido a su áspera estructura superficial, en estado enrollado, se pega de tal manera que ya no es posible un desenrollado de la cinta. El empleo de tales capas intermedias convierte en costosa la fabricación de tales cintas textiles y es por ello de un coste elevado.
La presente invención tiene por ello el objeto de proporcionar una cinta adhesiva textil, del tipo descrito al principio, que sin un recubrimiento o tratamiento especial del recubrimiento adhesivo se pueda desenrollar fácilmente para el uso y no presente las desventajas anteriormente citadas.
De acuerdo con la invención, esto se consigue por una cinta adhesiva de este tipo con las propiedades indicadas en las características de la reivindicación 1.
Una fusión de las fibras tiene lugar para ello preferentemente mediante un calandrado térmico del material de soporte. Mediante el tratamiento según la invención del material de fibra se origina una superficie que con el enrollado de la cinta evita un pegado demasiado fuerte con la siguiente capa y, durante el desenrollado de la cinta, una rotura de las fibras desde su material compuesto. De este modo se proporciona una cinta adhesiva textil de coste ventajoso de material no tejido punzonado, sin una capa intermedia adicional.
Otras características ventajosas de la configuración de la invención están contenidas en las subreivindicaciones. Mediante el ejemplo de realización representada en los dibujos adjuntos, se explicará la invención con mayor detalle. En los dibujos muestra:
la figura 1, una parte de la cinta adhesiva, según la invención, en vista lateral,
la figura 2, una cinta adhesiva, según la invención, enrollada en forma de un espiral de Arquímedes en vista lateral.
Como se deduce de la figura 1, comprende una cinta adhesiva según la invención un soporte 1 en forma de cinta de un material no tejido textil. Este material no tejido es un material textil de fibras ordenadas y desordenadas, alineadas una al lado de la otra y una sobre la otra. Puede comprender también fibras longitudinales, longitudinales y transversales, transversales o capas de fibras completamente desordenadas. Mediante un conformado mecánico, se fijan las cintas previamente. El empleo de por lo menos dos materiales de fibra distintos es ventajoso, ya que se pueden ajustar con ello diferentes propiedades del material no tejido. Para ello es decisivo que los materiales de fibra empleados fusionen a diferentes temperaturas de fusión. Fibras con temperatura de fusión baja son, por ejemplo, las fibras de los grupos de las poliolefinas, tales como polipropileno (PP) o polietileno (PE), que se pueden unir por fusión con temperaturas >150ºC. Las fibras con una temperatura de fusión elevada son, por ejemplo, las fibras del grupo de los polioles, por ejemplo, politilenoterftalato (PET) o polibutilterftalato, fibras con una temperatura de fusión >200ºC. Preferentemente se pueden emplear las siguientes mezclas de fibra:
Fibras PP 99% a 1%
Fibras PET 1% a 99%.
Fibras PE 80% a 50%
Fibras PBT 20% a 50%.
Según la invención, el material no tejido empleado presenta pesos superficiales de aproximadamente 20 a 200 g/m^{2}.
Como se puede deducir del croquis, se ha dispuesto en una cara del soporte textil 1 un recubrimiento adhesivo 2. Este recubrimiento adhesivo 2 está formado de un material adhesivo sensible a la presión. Por ejemplo, se pueden emplear adhesivos de caucho sintético, adhesivos de acrilato y adhesivos de acrilato reticulados por rayos UV.
El soporte textil 1 en forma de cinta presenta en la cara opuesta a la capa adhesiva 2, una superficie fundida y compactada 3. La superficie fundida tiene lugar ventajosamente por un calandrado del material no tejido, con aplicación de calor, y es necesario para poder producir una cinta adhesiva enrollada en sí misma. La temperatura de calandrado es de 170º a 190ºC. Con el empleo de fibras con diferentes temperaturas de fusión, mediante el ajuste de la temperatura de los cilindros de la calandra se funden selectivamente sólo las fibras que tienen una temperatura de fusión baja. Las fibras fusibles determinan con ello las características de resistencia o las características de cohesión de la cinta adhesiva. Las fibras empleadas con un elevado punto de fusión permanecen, en cambio, no fundidas y forma la capa base para el carácter textil de la cinta (suavidad del material no tejido, características de acusado). Según sea la mezcla de las fibras se puede producir material no tejido con una alta o baja resistencia a la tracción. Cuanto más elevada sea la parte de las fibras con la temperatura de en reducida tanto mayor será el grado de sellado de la superficie.
Sobre la base de la cinta adhesiva textil, según la invención, se puede realizar ventajosamente los siguientes ejemplos de aplicación:
- Cinta adhesiva enrollada para cables contra resonancia, cuyo soporte textil 1, en forma de cinta es especialmente de 50% de fibras de PE y de 50% de fibras de PET y presenta un peso superficial de 100 g/m^{2}. Como material adhesivo se emplea preferentemente un adhesivo de caucho sintético con un peso superficial de 130 g de/m^{2}.
- Cinta de uso general con un soporte textil 1 en forma de cinta, formado de 80% de fibras de PP y 20% de fibras de PET con un peso superficial de 50 g/m^{2}. Como material adhesivo se emplea asimismo adhesivo de caucho sintético, con una densidad superficial de 130 g/m^{2}.
- Cinta cubridora con 80% de fibras de PP y 20% de fibras de PET en el material conformado y un peso superficial de 50 g/m^{2}. Como material adhesivo, se emplea un adhesivo de acrilato reticulado por rayos UV, que presenta una densidad superficial de 100 g de/m^{2}.
Las fibras de poliéster empleadas tienen una espesor de 1,5 dtex y una longitud de 60 mm. Las fibras de polipropileno y de polietileno tienen una densidad de 4,4 dtex y una longitud de 60 mm.
La cinta adhesiva, según la invención, puede enrollarse, como se deduce de la figura 2, en forma de un espiral de Arquímedes formando una bobina 4, disponiéndose las capas de cinta adhesiva 5 directamente una encima de la otra. De este modo es fácil de manipular y tratar. Debido a la resistencia de desenrollado, ajustada exactamente por el procedimiento de fabricación, se pueden garantizar un desenrollado sin rotura de las fibras desde el compuesto de fibras. La cinta adhesiva es apropiada de forma extraordinaria para una elaboración automática.
La presente invención no está limitada al ejemplo de realización descrito y representado, sino comprende también todas las realizaciones equivalentes en el sentido de la invención.

Claims (16)

1. Cinta adhesiva formada de un soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta y un recubrimiento adhesivo (2), colocado sobre el soporte textil en forma de cinta (1), estando formado el soporte en forma de cinta (1), por lo menos parcialmente, de un material no tejido de por lo menos fibras de plástico termoplástico, estando unidas entre sí las fibras de termoplástico sobre la cara opuesto al recubrimiento adhesivo (2) mediante la fusión a una determinada temperatura, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta está formado, por lo menos en parte, de un material no tejido, que por lo menos está formado de dos materiales de fibra con diferentes temperaturas de fusión, siendo la temperatura de fusión del primer material de fibra mayor de 150ºC y menor que la temperatura de fusión y siendo la temperatura de fusión del segundo material de fibra superior a 200ºC y mayor que la temperatura de fusión, de tal manera que el material no tejido, formado por lo menos parcialmente de fibras de plástico fundidos del primer material de fibra y de fibras de plástico no fundidos del segundo material de fibra.
2. Cinta adhesiva, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta, está compactado, por lo menos en una cara, especialmente por un calandrado térmico.
3. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil en forma de cinta (1) está formado por una mezcla de materiales de fibra, de por lo menos un material de fibra de los grupos de las poliolefinas y por lo menos de un material de fibra del grupo de los polioles.
4. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que el recubrimiento adhesivo (2) es de un adhesivo sensible a la presión.
5. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta presenta una densidad superficial de 20 a 200 g/m^{2}, especialmente de 50 g/m^{2} o 100 g/m^{2}.
6. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 4 a 5, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil en forma de cinta (1) está formada por una mezcla de materiales de fibra de polietileno (PE) y de polietilenoterftalato (PET).
7. Cinta adhesiva, según la reivindicación 6, caracterizada por el hecho de que la mezcla de fibras está formada de un 80% a 50% de material de fibra de polietileno (PE) y hasta un 20% a 50% de material de fibra de polibutenoterftalato (PET).
8. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 4 a 7, caracterizada por el hecho de que el soporte textil (1) en forma de cinta está formado por una mezcla de materiales de fibras de polipropileno (PP) y polietilenoterftalato (PET).
9. Cinta adhesiva, según la reivindicación 8, caracterizada por el hecho de que la mezcla de fibras está formada del 99% al 1% de material de fibra de polipropileno (PP) y del 1% al 99% de material de fibra de polietilenoterftalato (PET).
10. Cinta adhesiva, según la reivindicación 9, caracterizada por el hecho de que la mezcla de fibra está formada por un 50% de material de fibra de polipropileno (PP) y hasta un 50% de material de fibra de polietilenoterftalato (PET).
11. Cinta adhesiva, según la reivindicación 9, caracterizada por el hecho de que la mezcla de fibras está formada por un 80% de materiales de fibra de polipropileno (PP) y por un 20% de material de fibra de polietilenoterftalato (PET).
12. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 11, caracterizada por el hecho de que el recubrimiento adhesivo (2) es de adhesivo de caucho sintético.
13. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada por el hecho de que el recubrimiento adhesivo (2) presenta una densidad superficial de 130 g/m^{2}.
14. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 13, caracterizada por el hecho de que el recubrimiento adhesivo (2) está formado de un adhesivo del acrilato reticulado por rayos UV.
15. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, caracterizada por el hecho de que el recubrimiento adhesivo (2) presenta una densidad superficial de 100 g/m^{2}.
16. Cinta adhesiva, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 15, caracterizada por el hecho de que la cinta adhesiva está enrollada en forma de una espiral de Arquímedes, en una bobina (4), encontrándose las capas de cinta adhesiva (5) directamente una encima de la otra.
