ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UNA PLANTA DE TRATAMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE CAUCHO HALOBUTILO QUE PROPORCIONA UN CONTROL EN LINEA Y UNA REGULACION DE LOS PARAMETROS DE TRATAMIENTO PARA CONTROLAR LAS PROPIEDADES DEL PRODUCTO. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO INCORPORA UN SISTEMA DE MEDIDA IN SITU QUE NO REQUIERE LA RETIRADA DE CUALQUIER MATERIAL DE MUESTRA DEL PROCESO. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO UTILIZA UN ESPECTROMETRO INFRARROJO CON TRANSFORMACION DE FOURIER (FTNIR), CABLES DE FIBRA OPTICA, UN VISCOSIMETRO PARA MEDIR LA VISCOSIDAD DE UNA SOLUCION Y UN DISPOSITIVO DE TEMPERATURA CON RESISTENCIA (RTD) PARA MEDIR LA TEMPERATURA. UN SISTEMA DE ANALISIS DE TRATAMIENTO EN TIEMPO REAL EN LINEA QUE UTILIZA UN PROGRAMA DE CONSTRICCION DE ANALISIS ESPECTRAL PRINCIPAL PREVE LA PROPIEDAD DEL PRODUCTO POLIMERICO Y OFRECE EL SISTEMA DE CONTROL DE TRATAMIENTO CON ANALISIS DE LOS DATOS UTILIZANDO RELACIONES DERIVADAS ENTRE LAS PROPIEDADES FISICAS DEL POLIMERO Y ESTAS MEDIDAS ESPECTRALES ASI COMO LOS VALORES MEDIDOS DE VISCOSIDAD DE FLUIDO Y DE TEMPERATURA.
