Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONTROLE EM LINHA DE UMA PLANTA DE PROCESSO QUìMICO''<D>. é fornecida uma planta de processo para a produção de borracha de halobutila com monitoração e controle em linha dos parâmetros do processo para controlar as propriedades do produto. Ela incorpora um sistema de medida <MU>in situ<MV> que não requer a remoção de qualquer material de amostra a partir do processo. Ela usa um espectrómetro de ''Fourier Transform Near Infrared" (FTNIR), cabos de fibra ótica, um viscosímetro para medir a viscosidade da solução e um ''Resistance Temperature Device'' (RTD) para medida de temperatura. Um sistema analisador em tempo real em linha que usa um programa "Constrained Principal Spectral Analysis'' prevê a propriedade do produto polimérico e fornece o sistema de controle do processo com análise dos dados usando relações derivadas entre as propriedades físicas do polímero e estas medidas de espectros e os valores medidos da viscosidade de fluido e da temperatura. As diferenças entre a propriedade prevista e desejada do produto são usadas para controlar os parâmetros do processo. O método pode ser usado para uma variedade de plantas de processo químico.
