Abstract

Un método para producir un embrión de vid somático maduro, comprendiendo dicho método las etapas de: (a) proporcionar un cultivo líquido que comprende una célula embriogénica; (b) recuperar dicha célula embriogénica de dicho cultivo; (c) transferir dicha célula embriogénica a un segundo cultivo; y (d) hacer crecer un embrión de vid somáticomaduro a partir de dicha célula embriogénica.
