ESTE PROCESO PERMITE LA PRODUCCION DE GAS HALOGENO DE ALTA PUREZA. EN ESTE PROCESO, MOLECULAS DE HALURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRICO, SON ESENCIALMENTE METIDAS A TRAVES DE UNA VALVULA (18) DE UNA PILA ELECTROQUIMICA Y SON TRANSPORTADAS AL ANODO (14) DE LA PILA.
