Abstract

Eine Elektrolysezelle, die insbesondere zur elektrochemischen Herstellung von Chlor aus wässrigen Lösungen von Chlorwasserstoff geeignet ist, weist einen Anodenrahmen (10) auf, der eine Anode (12) trägt. Ferner ist ein Kathodenrahmen (22) vorgesehen, der einen Stromkollektor (24) trägt. Zwischen der Anode (12) und dem Stromkollektor (24) ist eine Gasdiffusionselektrode (40) vorgesehen. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Gasdiffusionselektrode (40) beispielsweise durch Kleben oder Klettverschlüsse mit dem Stromkollektor (24) verbunden.
