Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA SEPARACION DE UNA SUSTANCIA SOLIDA DE GRANO FINO EN UN MATERIAL FINO Y UN MATERIAL GRUESO EN UN TAMAÑO DE GRANO DE SEPARACION POR DEBAJO DE 50 MICRAS, CON PREFERENCIA POR DEBAJO APROXIMADAMENTE DE 10 MICRAS. 2.1 EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES INDICAR UN PROCEDIMIENTO Y UN DISPOSITIVO, QUE PERMITAN UNA SEPARACION PREVISTA SOBRE TODO EN LA ZONA DE GRANO POR DEBAJO APROXIMADAMENTE 10 MICRAS. 2.2 PARA ENCONTRAR UNA SOLUCION A ESTE OBJETIVO LA SUSTANCIA SOLIDA DE GRANO FINO SE DISPERSA EN UN LIQUIDO GOTEABLE Y SE OBLIGA A LA DISPERSION EN UNA CORRIENTE DE DESCENSO DECIDIDA CON CORRIENTE DE ROTACION GENERADA DE FORMA SUPERPUESTA, INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE LA CORRIENTE DE DESCENSO. LA RELACION DE LAS VELOCIDADES DE LA CORRIENTE DE DESCENSO Y DE ROTACION DETERMINAN EL TAMAÑO DE GRANO DE SEPARACION. 2.3 COMO DISPOSITIVO SIRVE UNA RUEDA DE SEPARACION ACCIONADA DE FORMA ROTATIVA RECORRIDA DESDE AFUERA HACIA DENTRO CON PALETAS QUE DISCURRE DE FORMA PARALELA CON RESPECTO A SU EJE DE GIRO Y FORMAN CANALES DE CORRIENTE, QUE PROPORCIONAN LA DISPERSION DE SUSTANCIAS SOLIDA EN EL PERIMETRO EXTERIOR.
