제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 분리기의 회전자에 부착된 2개의 회전익이 적당한 위치에 있을 때의 분리기의 종단면도이고,
제 2도는 제 1도에서의 회전자에 부착된 제 2회전익의 위치가 변경되었을 때의 분리기의 종단면도이며,
제 3도는 제 1도에서 분류된 물질의 유동방향이 변경되었을 때의 분리기의 종단면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 이송기체에 부유상으로 함유되어 있는 입상물질을 미립자군과 조립자군으로 분류시키는 분리기에 있어서, 분리기는 전체적으로 회전자(1)와 회전익 및 하우징(1)으로 이루어지도록 하면서, 상기 회전자(4)의 일측선단부에는 분류시키고자 하는 입상물질을 공급하는 유입관(4)을 형성시키는 한편, 상기 회전자(1)의 다른쪽 선단부에는 분류된 미립자를 배출시키는 배출관(5)을 설치하고, 상기 회전자(1)는 서로 상이한 분류 특성을 갖는 적어도 2개의 회전익(9,10)을 갖는 것으로 하되 서로 다른 회전자를 통과하는 이송기체의 상대비율을 조절하기 위한 조절장치(13,14,18)를 설치하여 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 입상물질을 분류하는 분리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 회전익(9,10)에는 각각 분리기 배출관(5)과 연결되면서 유량조절장치(13,14)가 설치된 배출통로(8,11)가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 분리기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조절장치는 회전자의 다른쪽 선단부에 축방향으로 부착되어 있는 배출관(5)에다 방해판(18)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 분리기.
  4. 제1항 제2항 또는 제3에 있어서, 회전익(9,10) 중 제1회전익(9)이 회전자의 저판(6)과 모판(7) 사이에 설치되고, 제 2회전익(10,10a,10b,10c)이 저판(6)과 모판(7)의 선단부중 어느 한곳에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 분리기.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 제2회전익(10c)은 제1회전익(9)에 대하여 축방향으로 부착되어져 있는 특징으로 하는 분리기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제2회전익(10c)은 그 주위에 링이 설치되어 제1회전익(9)의 외측선단부에서 축방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 분리기.
