Abstract

Producción de productos enzimáticos y materiales de partida para piensos usando semillas de cereales. Esta invención describe la tecnología de germinación de semillas de cereales y oleaginosas para la producción de enzimas y también describe la tecnología de producción de diversos productos enzimáticos de alta actividad, tales como fitasa, a partir de las semillas germinadas. La invención proporciona el uso de semillas germinadas, después de la trituración (o pulverización), como materias primas económicamente viables para piensos mixtos, y también proporciona el uso de los productos enzimáticos como materiales de carga para diversos productos farmacéuticos para ganadería. La producción de productos enzimáticos a partir de semillas se consigue mediante procedimientos que incluyen procesos de selección de semillas, procesos de germinación, cultivo y secado, procesos de trituración y procesos de envasado.
