UN PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UNA BEBIDA ALCOHOLICA QUE SE OBTIENE POR FERMENTACION ALCOHOLICA POR MEDIO DE LEVADURA, CARACTERIZADO POR EL EMPLEO DE FOSFOLIPASA QUE ACTUA EN MATERIALES FERMENTABLES ANTES DE LA FERMENTACION, PARA MEJORAR EL SABOR DE LA BEBIDA ALCOHOLICA. LA FOSFOLIPASA ACTUA PARA REDUCIR LA MALA INFLUENCIA DE LOS ACIDOS GRASOS NO SATURADOS EN LA LEVADURA.
