PARA ESTE PROPOSITO SE REALIZA UNA GRANULACION EN DOS ETAPAS EN DOS GRANULADORES/MEZCLADORES DISPUESTOS DE FORMA SUCESIVA. EN UN GRANULADOR/MEZCLADOR DE BAJA VELOCIDAD SE GRANULA PREVIAMENTE 40 HASTA 100 % EN PESO, EN RELACION A LA CANTIDAD TOTAL DE LOS COMPONENTES LIQUIDOS Y SOLIDOS UTILIZADOS, Y EN UN SEGUNDO GRANULADOR/MEZCLADOR DE ALTA VELOCIDAD, EL GRANULADO PREVIO A PARTIR DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA DEL PROCESO, SI SE REQUIERE MEZCLADO CON LOS COMPONENTES SOLIDOS Y/O LIQUIDOS QUE PERMANECEN, SE CONVIERTE EN GRANULADO. LA PROPORCION DE GRANOS DISPONIENDO DE MAS DE 2 MM DE DIAMETRO ES MENOR DEL 25 % EN PESO.
