Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基本的に硝酸カルシウム肥料と硝酸カリウムからなり、硝酸カルシウム肥料を 硝酸カリウムと一緒に溶融するNK−肥料の製造方法において、硝酸カルシウム 肥料と硝酸カリウムを90〜120℃で加熱してそれらの溶融物或いは懸濁物を 形成し、次いで所望の粒状化温度に加熱し、粒状化して均一なNK−肥料を形成 することを特徴とするNK−肥料の製造方法。 2.硝酸カルシウム40〜14重量%、硝酸カリウム55〜85重量%、水0. 5〜6重量%、硝酸アンモニウム0〜4重量%及び硝酸マグネシウム0〜5重量 %からなる溶融物或いは懸濁物が得られるような比率で各成分を混合することを 特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.粒状化が、160〜190℃の温度で粒子化(プリル化)によって行われる ことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 4.粒状化が、90〜140℃の造粒温度で、10〜2.5重量%の水分を含む 溶融物或いは懸濁物の顆粒化によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1の方法 。 5.硝酸カリウム約60重量%と硝酸カルシウム肥料約40重量%とを約100 ℃で溶融し、約60重量%のKNO3、約31.5重量%のCa(NO3)2、約 2.5重量%のNH4NO3及び約6重量%の水を含む溶融物を形成し、この溶融 物を水分含量が約3重量%に減少する迄蒸発させ、次いで160〜170℃で粒 子化にかけることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 6.顆粒化硝酸カルシウム肥料約30重量%と結晶硝酸カリウム約70重量%と を約100℃で溶融し、次いで得られた溶融物がその水分含量が4.5重量%か ら2.5重量%に減少するまで蒸発を行い、ひきつづき165〜175℃で粒子 化を行うことを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 7.NK15−0−33肥料の微細粒子を同一の肥料の液体と一緒に造粒機に供 給し、120〜125℃で顆粒化することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 8.Ca(NO3)2を40〜14重量%、KNO3を55〜85重量%、水を0 .5〜6重量%、NH4NO3を0〜4重量%、及びMg(NO3)2を0〜5重量 %含有する均一なNK−肥料。 9.肥料が、崩壊強度が2〜9kgのNK−処方15−0−35から15−0− 28の粒子化製品であることを特徴とする請求項8の均一なNK−肥料。
