Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Spule (1), umfassend die Schritte: a. Bereitstellen eines Rohres (2) mit einer Rohrwand (6) aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Material, b. Erzeugen eines Spalts (4) in einem induktiven Abschnitt (7) des Rohres (2), wobei der Spalt (4) in dem induktiven Abschnitt (7) die Rohrwand (6) zu einer Wendel bildet, und Formen von zumindest zwei Abschnitten des Rohres zu Kontaktabschnitten (8), wobei in Schritt b. zunächst ein Spulenstrang dadurch erzeugt wird, dass entlang des Rohres (2) mehrere induktive Abschnitte (7) erzeugt werden, in denen jeweils ein Spalt (4) erzeugt wird, der in dem jeweiligen induktiven Abschnitt die Rohrwand (6) zu einer Wendel bildet, und wobei zwischen zwei induktiven Abschnitten (7) jeweils ein Kontaktabschnitt (8) geformt wird, der nach einer Vereinzelung des Spulenstrangs jeweils einen elektrischen Anschluss zu den zwei benachbarten induktiven Abschnitten (7) bildet.
