Description

Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus
Beschreibung :
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Frontblende für einen Möbelkorpus, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittels aufweist.
Seit alters her sind Griffe bei Möbeln nicht nur Handhaben für die Betätigung von Schubladen, Türen, Klappen oder dergleichen, sondern auch Stilmittel für eine optische Aufwertung einer Möbelfront. Die Anmutung einer Möbelfront wird heute häufig durch die Verwendung von Griffleisten verbessert, die sich insbesondere über die gesamte Breite eines solchen beweglichen Möbelteils erstrecken.
Neben Griffen, die für eine Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen unmittelbar mit diesen verbunden sind, sind mit gegenüber einer Vorderseite eines Möbelkorpus' zurückgenommene, beleuchtete Frontblenden bekannt geworden, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste versehenen Stirnseite dieser beweglichen Möbelteile erlauben.
Durch die Erfindung wird für die Betätigung beweglicher Möbelteile eine Vorrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art zur Verfügung gestellt, bei der gemäß des Anspruchs 1 darauf abgestellt wird, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende eine Grundplatte aufweist, vor der eine mehrfach gekrümmte Wand angeschlossen ist, die mit einem ersten Endabschnitt von dem beweglichen Möbelteil in Richtung des Korpusinneren bis
Bestätigungskopie hin zu der Grundplatte verläuft und die nach einem Richtungswechsel auf ihrem zweiten Endanschnitt die in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus sichtbar verbleibende Kammer für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln von der Grundplatte beabstandet trägt, und dass die Wand eine dem Möbelkorpus zugewande Rückwand der Kammer ausbildet.
Die einstückige Ausbildung der Frontblende erlaubt eine kostengünstige Fertigung als Meterware bspw. aus einem Kunststoff, gegebenenfalls aber auch aus einem Metall, bspw. hochwertig aus einem Aluminium.
Durch das auf die Vorderseite der Wand fallende Licht der Leuchtmittel wird ein Lichtband geschaffen, dass sich insbesondere über die gesamte Breite des Möbelteils, insbesondere auch über ein gesamtes Möbel hinzieht. Da die Frontblende gegenüber der Möbelfront zumindest teilweise zurückgenommen ist, verhindert der zunächst von dem beweglichen Möbelteil in Richtung des Korpusinneren verlaufende Endabschnitt der Wand weitgehend einen Lichteinfall in das Innere des Möbels bzw. das Hinterleuchten des beweglichen Möbelteils, während die Grundplatte das Innere des Möbelkorpus' abschließt und einen Lichteinfall verhindert.
Durch die gekrümmte Wand wird das durch die Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln fallende Licht gleichsam entlang der Wand hin zu der Griffleiste geführt und leuchtet den Raum zwischen der Griffleiste des beweglichen Möbelteils und der Wand sicher aus.
Das Vorhersehen der Grundplatte stabilisiert die Frontblende nach der Erfindung. Ist eine solche Grundplatte darüber hinaus ausreichend stabil ausgeführt, kann daran gedacht sein, die vorzugsweise horizontal sich erstreckende Frontblende freitragend, sich lediglich an den Stirnseiten von Eckausnehmungen in den Seitenteilen des Möbelkorpus' abstützend zu verwenden.
Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, dass die Wand und die Grundplatte abschnittsweise gemeinsam ausgebildet sind.
Es ist konstruktiv weiter von Vorteil, wenn die Wand eine dem Möbelkorpus zugewande Rückwand der Kammer ausbildet.
Für ein Festlegen der Frontblende an dem Möbelkorpus bieten sich übliche Verbindungstechniken wie Verschrauben, Verkleben oder dergleichen durchaus an. Zweckmäßigerweise stehen der Grundplatte rückseitig Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente für ein Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus vor.
Zweckmäßigerweise können in einem Querschnitt L-förmige und/oder T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente für ein Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus der Grundplatte vorstehen. Eine solche Verriegelung, beispielsweise durch ein Einschieben in entsprechende Nuten des Möbelteils, gegebenenfalls einer oder mehrerer Montageplatten, ist nicht nur eine sichere, sondern auch eine unsichtbare Befestigung. Als Abstandselemente ausgebildet, definieren diese Elemente die Position der Frontblende bspw. in einer Nut in dem Korpus. Darüber hinaus versteifen solche in einem Querschnitt L-förmige und/oder T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente einer Sicke vergleichbar die Grundplatte.
Weiter hat es sich als zweckmäßig erwiesen, wenn die Kammer von einem an einem Rand der Grundplatte angeschlossenen Oberteil überdeckt wird und eine Vorderwand der Kammer bis zu einem freien Ende des Oberteils oder über das Oberteil hinaus bis an die Unterseite einer Deckplatte des Möbelkorpus' verlängert ist.
Durch solche Maßnahmen ist eine geschlossene, fronseitige Ansicht sichergestellt und wird eine hohe mechanische Stabilität erreicht.
Ist weiter die Wand über das Oberteil hinaus bis an die Unterseite einer Deckplatte des Möbelkorpus' verlängert, so ist zwischen dem Oberteil und der Unterseite der Deckplatte ein Freiraum geschaffen, der bspw. für Ausfräsungen für die Be- und Entlüftung von Kochfeldern, Backöfen oder dergleichen genutzt werden kann.
In konstruktiver Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der der Kammer gegenüber liegende Endabschnitt der Wand S-förmig gekrümmt ist. Damit erhält dieser Endabschnitt der Wand eine erhebliche Steifigkeit und lässt damit zu, dass zwischen diesem Endabschnitt der Wand und der Grundplatte ein Bodenteil angeschlossen werden kann.
Die Lichtführung entlang der Wand wird durch die Maßnahme weiter verbessert, wenn eine senkrecht auf der Wand stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung der Kammer durch ein Streifen aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
Der Streifen aus einem transparenten Material schützt die Leuchtmittel vor einer Verschmutzung und ist beispielsweise bei einer Verwendung im Küchenbereich dennoch leicht zu reinigen, um einen optimalen Lichtaustritt zu gewährleisten. Durch den dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt wirkt der Streifen darüber hinaus wie ein das ausfallende Licht bündelnder Lichtleiter . In konstruktiver Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, dass der Streifen und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden der Kammer gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bandes eingreifen.
Auch wenn LED-Bänder als Leuchtmittel Verwendung finden, die eine vergleichsweise hohe Lebensdauer haben, ist dennoch ein Austausch über die Stirnseiten der Frontblende nach der Erfindung, gegebenenfalls nach Entfernen einer Abdeckkappe, problemlos möglich.
Gleiches gilt für den Streifen aus transparentem Material, beispielsweise nach einem Verkratzen oder Eindrücken. Auch ist durch einen Austausch des LED-Bandes und/oder des Streifens ein Farbwechsel ohne großen Aufwand möglich.
Durch solche Maßnahmen ist eine geschlossene, fronseitige Ansicht sichergestellt und wird eine hohe mechanische Stabilität erreicht.
Das so erhaltene Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach der Erfindung mit einer Griffleiste aus einem eine Griffmulde aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils eingesetzt ist, das weiter mit einer Nase die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement in das Möbelteil eingreift, genügt höchsten Ansprüchen.
Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung wird anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert, in der lediglich Ausführungsbeispiele dargestellt sind. In der Zeichnung zeigt: Fig. 1: eine isometrische Darstellung einer ersten

Die in der Zeichnung in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte, einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende 1 ist gegenüber einer Vorderseite 2 eines Möbelkorpus' 3 soweit zurückgesetzt, dass für eine Betätigung eines mit einer Griffleiste 4 versehenen, beweglichen Möbelteils 5 wie einer Türe, einer Schubladen oder dergleichen hintergriffen werden kann, vgl. Fig. 3.
Die Frontblende 1 weist eine gleichsam ein Rückgrad ausbildende, mehrfach gekrümmte Wand 6 vor einer rückseitigen Grundplatte 15 auf, die mit einem ersten Endabschnitt 7 von dem beweglichen Möbelteil 5 weg in Richtung des Korpusinneren verläuft .
Die Wand 6 trägt nach einem Richtungswechsel an dem Ort ihrer Anbindung an die Grundplatte 15 auf ihrem zweiten Endanschnitt 8 eine in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus 3 sichtbar verbleibende Kammer 9 für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln 10. Die Rückwand 11 der Kammer 9 wird dabei von der Wand 6 ausgebildet, womit die Kammer 9 von der Grundplatte 15 der Frontblende 1 beabstandet gehalten ist.
Die Wände der Kammer 9 sind lichtundurchlässig und belassen eine Lichtaustrittsöffnung 12, die durch ein Streifen 13 aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist
Damit fällt das Licht der Leuchtmittel 10 ausschließlich durch den transparenten Streifen 13 auf die Wand 6 und leuchtet den Zwischenraum zwischen der Griffleiste 4 und der Wand 6 aus. Damit erschein in einer Ansicht ein Lichtband über die Länge der Frontblende 1. Dabei verhindert der Endabschnitt 7 einen Lichtenfall in den Möbelkorpus 3 bzw. ein Hinterleuchten des beweglichen Möbelteils 5.
In der Kammer 9 ist der Streifen 13 in Nuten in den gegenüberliegenden Wänden 11,14 gehalten. Gleiches gilt für das die Leuchtmittel 10 tragende LED-Band an dem der Lichtaustrittsöffnung 12 gegenüberliegenden Ende der Kammer
9.
An dem oberen Rand der Grundplatte 15 ist ein Oberteil 16 angeschlossen, senkrecht auf der Grundplatte 15 stehend und derart bemessen, dass die Wand 6 und die Kammer 9 überdeckt werden. Die Vorderwand 14 der Kammer 9 ist bis zu dem Ende des Oberteils 16 verlängert, so dass dort eine glatte Vorderseite der Frontblende ausgebildet wird.
Für ein Festlegen der Frontblende 1 an dem Möbelkorpus 3 stehen der Rückseite 17 der Grundplatte 15 L-förmige und T-förmige Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente 18,19 noch vor, die in entsprechenden Nuten in einem Querstück eines solchen Möbelkorpus' eingeschoben werden können, gegebenenfalls in eine gesondert ausgebildete Befestigungsplatte .
Fig. 3 zeigt weiter eine Griffleiste 4 aus einem eine Griffmulde 26 aufweisenden Vollprofil. Die Griffleiste 4 ist in eine rechtwinklige, dem Möbelkorpus 3 zugewandte Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils 5 eingesetzt und übergreift mit einer Nase 27 die Stirnseite des Möbelteils 5. Unterseitig steht der Griffleiste 4 ein Verriegelungselement 28 vor, das in das Möbelteil 5 eingreift, bspw. in Form einer sägezahnartig profilierten Feder, die auszugssicher in einer stirnseitigen Nut in dem Möbelteil 5 eingreift.
Anhand der Figuren 4-6 wird ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel einer Frontblende 30 nach der Erfindung erläutert. Die dort gezeigte Frontblende 30 weist wie das voranstehend erläuterte Ausführungsbeispiel eine Wand 31 vor einer Grundplatte 49 auf, deren von dem Möbelkorpus 32 weg weisender Endabschnitt 33 eine Kammer 34 mit Leuchtmitteln 35 trägt. Bei der Frontblende 30 ist die Vorderwand 36 der Kammer 34 über ein Oberteil 37, das sich eben ausgebildet von der Grundplatte 49 bis zu der Wand 31 erstreckt, hinaus bis hin zu der Unterseite 38 einer Deckplatte 39 des Möbelkorpus 32 verlängert, so dass zwischen dem Oberteil 37 und der Unterseite 38 der Deckplatte 39 ein Freiraum 40 ausgebildet wird. Dieser Freiraum 40 erlaubt das Verlegen von Kabeln, das Einbringen von Ausfräsungen für die Be- und Entlüftung von Kochfeldern, Backöfen oder dergleichen mehr.
Die Lichtaustrittsöffnung 45 der Kammer 34 ist von einem transparenten Streifen 46 geschlossen, der einen dreieckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist und dessen Spitze auf das Leuchtmittel 35 gerichtet ist. Durch diese Geometrie des Streifens 46 wird gleichsam ein Lichtleiter ausgebildet, durch den eine sehr gleichmäßige Lichtabstrahlung auf die Wand 31 erfolgt.
Auf der Seite der Wand 31 ist der Streifen 46 mit einem Vorsprung in einer Nut gehalten. Die andere Seite des
Streifens weist hingegen eine Nut auf, in die eine Nase der Vorderwand 36 eingreift. Dieses Festlegen erlaubt ein einfaches Einclipsen des Streifens 46. Der zweite Endabschnitt 47 der Wand 31 ist S-förmig gekrümmt, womit dieser Endabschnitt 47 an Stabilität gewinnt. Diese wird durch einen Boden 48 noch erhöht, der sich zwischen dem Ende des Endabschnitts 47 und dem unteren Ende der Grundplatte 49 erstreckt.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Frontblende (1) für einen Möbelkorpus, die ein Hintergreifen einer mit einer Griffleiste (4) versehenen Stirnseite beweglicher Möbelteile (5) wie Türen, Schubladen oder dergleichen erlaubt, und die eine Kammer (9) für die Aufnahme eines Leuchtmittels (10) aufweist,, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einstückig ausgebildete Frontblende (1) eine Grundplatte (15) aufweist, vor der eine mehrfach gekrümmte Wand (6) angeschlossen ist, die mit einem ersten Endabschnitt (7) von dem beweglichen Möbelteil (5) in Richtung des Korpusinneren bis hin zu der Grundplatte (15) verläuft und die nach einem Richtungswechsel auf ihrem zweiten Endanschnitt (8) die in einer Frontansicht des Möbelkorpus (3) sichtbar verbleibende Kammer (9) für die Aufnahme von Leuchtmitteln (10) von der Grundplatte (15) beabstandet trägt, und dass die Wand (6) eine dem Möbelkorpus (3) zugewande Rückwand (11) der Kammer ausbildet.
2. Frontblende nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (6) und die Grundplatte (15) abschnittsweise gemeinsam ausgebildet sind.
3. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand eine dem Möbelkorpus zugewande Rückwand der Kammer ausbildet.
4. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundplatte (15) rückseitig Verriegelungs- oder Abstandselemente (18,19) für ein Festlegen an dem Möbelkorpus (3) vorstehen .
5. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kammer (9;34) von einem an einem Rand der Grundplatte (15;49) angeschlossenen Oberteil (16;37) überdeckt wird und dass eine Vorderwand (14;36) der Kammer (9;34) bis zu einem Ende des Oberteils (16) oder über das Oberteil (37) hinaus bis an die Unterseite (38) einer Deckplatte (39) des Möbelkorpus' (32) verlängert ist.
6. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der der Kammer (34) gegenüber liegende Endabschnitt (47) der Wand (31) S-förmig gekrümmt ist.
7. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen einem Endabschnitt (47) der Wand (31) und der Grundplatte (49) ein Bodenteil (48) angeschlossen ist.
8. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine senkrecht auf der Wand (6) stehende Lichtaustrittsöffnung (12) der Kammer (9) durch ein Streifen (13) aus einem transparenten Material geschlossen ist, der einen dreiecksförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
9. Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen (13) und/oder ein LED-Band in Nuten in gegenüberliegenden Wänden (11,14) der Kammer (9) gehalten ist/sind und/oder dass den gegenüberliegenden Wänden Nasen vorstehen, die in Nuten des Streifens und/oder des LED-Bands eingreifen.
10.Möbel mit einer Frontblende nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Griffleiste (4) aus einem eine Griffmulde (26) aufweisenden Vollprofil, das in einer rechtwinkligen Eckausnehmung in einer Stirnseite des beweglichen Möbelteils (5) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer Nase (27) die Stirnseite übergreift und das mit einem unterseitigen Verriegelungselement (28) in das Möbelteil (5) eingreift.
